1. Apple Standard License Agreement
Liwan Studio is distributed through the Apple App Store.
Unless a separate custom end-user license agreement is expressly provided for Liwan Studio, your license to use the application is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
Apple’s Standard EULA applies to applications distributed through the App Store when the application provider has not provided a custom EULA.

2. What This Means for Liwan
Under the applicable license terms, Liwan Studio is licensed to you, not sold to you.
The license permits you to use Liwan on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the applicable Apple usage rules and license terms.
The license does not transfer ownership of Liwan software or Flowzant’s intellectual property to you.
3. Open-Source Components
Liwan includes certain open-source software components.
Those components are governed by their respective open-source licenses, which may provide rights that are different from or additional to the Standard EULA.

4. Third-Party Content and Services
Liwan may provide access to third-party content and services, including stock images, fonts, and other resources.
Your use of third-party content and services may be subject to separate licenses, terms, and usage restrictions imposed by the relevant provider.
5. No Custom EULA
Flowzant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. currently relies on Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for Liwan Studio rather than providing a separate custom end-user license agreement.
If Flowzant provides a custom EULA for Liwan in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.
